Terms of Service

Catallyst Labs provides digital marketing, branding, web development and mobile product services as agreed in writing prior to project commencement.

Project pricing, deliverables and timelines will be confirmed in the relevant proposal or service agreement. Deposits or milestone payments are due in accordance with the agreed arrangement.

Upon completion and full payment, client ownership of final deliverables transfers as defined in the project agreement, unless a different arrangement is expressly stated.

Catallyst Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of its services beyond the agreed scope of work.
